This garlic is marked by the intense flavor and the purple cloves inside.

Black garlic comes from fresh plain garlic. After a fermentation process with high temperature, it gets the final black color.

Group III variety white type (asiatics) it develops flower stalk. Upright and vigorous plant appearance.

Group III variety white type (Artichoke) it doesn’t develop flower stalk. Upright and semi-vigorous plant appearance.

Group IV variety violet type (asiatics) it develops flower stalk. Upright and vigorous plant appearance.

Group I variety white type (Creole) it develops flower stalk. Upright semi-vigorous plant appearance.
